The discovery interview is what makes this stick: you pick the age threshold (CPAs often want 30 days during tax season but 365 normally — we'll set up both as profiles), choose silent vs confirm-before, and flag folders to exempt (e.g. a Client Work folder you never want auto-archived). Restart Outlook after install for the change to take effect.
