Set a clean Outlook default signature (new + reply)

Most professionals end up with three signatures over time: one for new mail, one for replies, and one they remember to use only on important threads. The result: half your sent mail has no signature at all, and the other half has the wrong one. This automation writes a clean signature into Outlook's Signatures folder (HTML + RTF + plain-text variants so it renders right in every reply) and points both NewSignature and ReplySignature at it. From then on, every email — new or reply, internal or external — has your contact info on it without thinking. The discovery interview pulls your real name and email from your Outlook profile, then asks for the rest: title, direct phone, booking link if you take meetings, and whether you want a minimal text version or a branded HTML one with your logo. You can edit it inside Outlook afterward — the file is just a starting point.
